Our Mission

To motivate people to workout outdoors because there are more benefits than just exercise. 
To educate people on the benefits of outdoor physical activities or exercise on stress, mood disorder, immunity, and scientifically proven foods that will help cope with exercise-induced muscle damage.

Meet Our Team 

Wendy Stephens

Mission:I am working for a second degree in nutrition with a goal to achieve credentials as a registered dietitian and certified diabetic educator.  Upon completion, she plans to work as a nutritional counselor and volunteer during the summer with the Native American people in the western United States as a counselor in nutrition and self-sufficiency.

David Lee

Mission: Currently a Nutrition student striving to earn his Bachelors degree, and hope to aim for the Masters in the near future. He plans to work with kids to encourage healthy food choices and promote optimal growth for children. 

Nataly Perez

Mission: I strive to earn my Bachelors in Kinesiology as well as a Bachelors in Nutrition. I will focus on making the next generation healthy and aware of their bodies. I will focus on a plant based diet with a healthy amount of exercise. I will help end the obesity epidemic and make the next generation as healthy as can be while connected to the environment. 

Tadyam Ouedraogo

Mission: To earn a Bachelor and Master degree in Nutrition Science. To inspire
others to not give up on education. To educate and motivate others to make better nutritional choices for themselves. Because I believe that a change in our diet can eliminate inflammatory diseases and help speed our recovery process for certain illness.
